Gozdem The One is a 26-metre gulet built in 2022, sailing out of Bodrum on Turkey's Aegean coast. She takes eight guests across four cabins, which leaves generous room below and a broad aft deck above. Her lines follow the traditional Bodrum shipyard pattern — wide beam, long shaded deck, low freeboard aft — though everything aboard her is recent, from rigging to joinery. Bodrum puts her within an hour of both the Gökova and Hisarönü gulfs.

The Gulf of Gökova

You'll leave Bodrum for Çökertme, where the bay opens beneath terraced olive groves. From there it's an easy run to the Seven Islands, a maze of channels entered under engine, and on to Değirmen Bükü for the night. Sedir Island, with its Roman theatre and coarse white sand, sits on the way back.

The Datça peninsula

You'll cross to Orhaniye in the Hisarönü gulf, where the sandbar at Kızkumu runs out into the bay. Palamutbükü follows, a pebble shore on the peninsula's south side. Then Knidos at the tip, where two ancient harbours face each other across the isthmus.
